Business Manager/Office Manager
My work keeps me on my toes, between taking care of the financial and insurance needs of our patients, handling the office business and finances, making sure office runs efficiently and smoothly, and supervising the staff. I’m never too busy to spend time with a patient or answer a question, though! My goal is to help patients resolve financial and insurance needs to make their experience with our office a little easier. We all work hard to ensure that our patients get the best orthodontic treatment available.
I love spending time with my family and one of our favorite family activities is watching football and tailgaiting. Our favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys and we never miss a game. My other hobbies are crafting, reading, traveling and cooking.
Treatment Coordinator/Office Administrator
I have been a part of Dr. May's office since 2009. As treatment coordinator, I use my communication skills that I acquired during my time working in the Auto Industry. I take care of those who are in their beginning phases of orthodontic treatment. I introduce them to our office and present them with different treatment options and financial plans. It’s very rewarding to see them start on their way to a great new smile!
I love spending quality time with my husband Dustin, my two boys Mark and Josh, my daughter Amy, and our precious Boston terrier Oreo.
Office Assistant/IT Maintenance
I’m here to help with all computer and other technology in the office, as well as help staff members when needed. Orthodontics is a fascinating field, and I’m enjoying all the things I’ve learned so far. It is amazing the difference orthodontic treatment can make in a person’s smile, and how much it increases their self-esteem!
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I am currently attending the University of Houston-Downtown, where I am majoring in Criminal Justice and double minoring in Computer Science and Psychology. When I have spare time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, and relaxing, while reading a good book.
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
I have been a Dental Assistant since 2008. The best part of my job is getting to know our great patients. They’re always happy to see us and excited to be making progress toward a great new smile! The biggest part of my job is making sure that all of our patients treatment needs are met. I enjoy working hands on with each patient and Dr. May, and seeing the progress in a patients smile from beggining to end.
I love spending quality time with my husband and our four kids. My hobbies include, attending my daughter's softball games, my son's boxing matches, enjoying the great outdoors as well as doing other fun family activities.
Dental Assistant/Office Coordinator
I have been a part of Dr. May's team since 2015. I have been a Dental Assistant since 2014. My job entails doing the ordering for the office, as well as interacting with all our patients and follow their progress with Dr. May. What I love the most about my job is having patients enjoy those beautiful, healthy smiles that we help them achieve.
I am married to my amazing husband Joe and together we have two beautiful daughters, Arianna and Anabella. I enjoy relaxing and spending quality time with my family.
The best part of my workday is visiting with our patients during their appointments. Because I work chairside and assist Dr. May, I get to spend time with our patients and really enjoy getting to know them. I genuinely enjoy watching patients’ smiles transform to the smile they deserve.
